ERAIL ELECTRIFIED RAIL SYSTEMS + -

Electrified Rail Systems are a complete power supply suspension system that can be used in combination with a Knight Servo System, VFD tractors, power tools, and other electrical devices. The ERAD Series is a fully enclosed electrical system that eliminates the stack-up of runway festooning. The power travels through a conductor power rail (ERail), mounted on top of Knight’s ERAD4000, ERAD6000, or ERAD7000 ergonomically friendly aluminum rail. 

Enclosed Track Aluminum Rail + -

Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110 and RAD7510 Aluminum Rail Series has an enclosed track design that is extruded from a lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy. The lightweight aluminum rail eases installation and reduces overhead requirements. The enclosed Series Rail is the ideal solution, whether your load is located directly under the system or cantilevered off to the side. This series, combined with nylon trolley wheels, provides the lowest rolling resistance in the industry. The TR2000 Series Aluminum Rail is a streamlined design ideal for applications under 550 lbs/ft. [249.5 kg/m] capacity. 

Curved Aluminum Rail + -

RAD4112, RAD6112 and RAD7512 Curved Aluminum Rail Series has a curved radius enclosed track that is extruded from a lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy. This rail design allows loads to travel around corners and stationary objects. The Curved Aluminum Rail Series is the ideal solution for direct loads on single curved sections. This series, combined with nylon trolley wheels, provides the lowest rolling resistance in the industry.

Engineered Aluminum Rail + -

HAD3000 Engineered Aluminum Rail Series has a Chambered Rail design that is extruded from a lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy. The lightweight aluminum rail eases installation and reduces overhead requirements. The HAD3000 Series Rail is the ideal solution for light duty applications, work benches and stations, festooning management and light fixtures. This series can also be used as a fluid power distribution system for non-caustic fluids and can serve as a manifold, providing more CFM to pneumatic powered tools when compared to black pipe.

The HAD3500 Series Rail can also be used for light duty applications, such as weld guns, work benches and stations, festooning management and light fixtures. This series, combined with nylon trolley wheels, provides the lowest friction in the industry.

The LRD9500 Engineered Aluminum Linear Rail is for post-mounted or floor-mounted applications that require low friction horizontal movements. It is capable of handling direct and offset loads. Linear engineered rail is a lower maintenance alternative to hardened ground rail and bearings blocks. 

RAD Series Switch Track Rail + -

RAD Series Switch Track Rail allows for fixtures to be transferred between work zones without cranes, fork trucks, or disassembling the system. It is a pneumatically operated track system that can be controlled from a fixture control handle or from a pendant switch that hangs below the switch track. This track is available in RAD6110 series rail.

DSD Quick Connect Star Rail + -

DSD Quick Connect Star Rail Series has a Spline Lock Tube design that is extruded from a lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy. This series is a versatile and modular system of customized components needed for the creation of workstations and fixtures. It is the ideal solution for multiple applications.

Floor Mounted Rail Systems + -

Floor Mounted Rail Systems are designed to provide a safe, efficient solution to your ergonomic challenges. A wide range of options are available to meet all your specific engineering and application requirements. Knight's Suspension Rail Systems include an enclosed trolley track that resists dirt build-up for a smoother and quieter operation. Floor Mounted Rail Systems are available in single or dual bridge configuration.
